Using Photoshop Plugins

Went to the Fryeberg Fair in Maine the other day and took a bunch of photographs on a perfect weather day in October. I have never seen the trotter horse races that happened to be running that day, so on the way out I took a couple of photos of the race and got some nice shots. Below is one of the shots which I then placed a photoshop plugin filter on to get a totally different photograph.
