Photo Opportunities, Even When You Get Lost
You really have to keep your eyes open and be aware all the time when your out looking to take some nice photographs. We went to Hampton beach yesterday, figuring we would get some nice seascapes, which we did. But some of the better more unexpected shots came when we got lost when it was time to leave. We were lost in the coastal back roads of New Hampshire on a pretty boring road and came around a corner and saw this scene in a little meadow. I thought it was a pretty nice shot so I'm showing what we took out the truck window and then what we did when we got back with NIK filters. The photograph below is the original meadow scene with a small levels adjustment.

Who needs to get up early in the morning to get the morning mist and fog rising from the ground, we just added the "graduated fog" effect to the picture and got a completely different look, that is the image below.

We also got some other great shots that I will post later, got to get back and get all our first communion photos ready to be delivered and get outdoor studio ready for high school senior photos tomorrow. It's that time of year again.
